A former interior decorator and architect, passionate about art in all its forms, Sylvie imagined this unique place, room by room, and brings it to life every day. She welcomes her guests just as she loves welcoming her own family and friends: with simplicity, generosity and an eye for every detail.

The son, in the kitchen
For Mano, cooking is a way of welcoming people. Trained in fine Michelin-starred houses, he draws his inspiration from local produce, the seasons and the people he meets. His cooking — precise, generous and delicate — seeks above all a balance of flavours and the happiness of those who discover it.
